You can mine argillite blocks from born in chaos mod that are blast resistant. Find them between 17 and -17. Theres also concrete blocks that are blast resistant. Theres honestly alot. I just go into creative and test blocks I think would be blast resistant with tnt.

Most mobs are tied to night time only and in other dimensions

So they wont spawn unless its night or the right dimension

Is there TLDR on spore in this pack? I've looked up the mod itself, and ive searched through some of the discord but I still can't get a good grasp of it. As I understand:

Spore infects and upgrades mobs
It can spread in terrain via blocks, set pieces, etc
It evolves/improves independent mobs?

Questions I have:
Do spore clouds appear randomly sometimes and just generate mobs?
Is maintaining spore infections and limiting its spread a priority?
Is it just a difficulty mod or is there some drops in it I should be trying for

The Spore clouds are a random thing that happens when an infected dies atleast to what ive seen. Depends on if you dont want your world/builds to get infected. Theres an item called a CDU that does something to infected blocks. IDK if it destroys or reverts the blocks that it affects.

It has most of the endgame gear in the modpack depending upon what you want to use.

I think by default tho the mobs wont evolve unless you turn it on yourself

Which if you want the living armor/weapons youll have to turn it on because only the evolved mobs drop the items you need to make them @thorn ingot

Hi, looking for some help designing an iron farm.

~~I've recently started playing Fear Nightfall, and our group is obviously in need of iron. I've tested out a few Vanilla designs with no luck.
Does this modpack have things in place that prevent iron farms? Are there things that change golem spawning? Villager behavior? Am I just stupid rn?

If anyone can answer any of these it would save me a good deal of testing myself, I'm smart but not fast 😅

(Side question: If iron farms are completely impossible, is there a better way to obtain iron than looting and old-fashion mining?)~~

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

Hello, im playing v11,5 on a server with some friends. I want to get armor fragments and claw fragments and I have heard you get those from infected evolved. Now evolved don‘t attack mobs as they originally should in this version.

found the issue for bosses not summoning: the problem lays in teraphobia.json
the Spawn weight, also affects bosses spawn, so its not that is not summoning if you try enough times it will spawn, 40% of the times to be exact, i think this feature is pretty good for normal monsters, but this is a mess for Bosses, specially the ones that have phases since each phase is gonna be 60% of not working

so the fix is to put it as 1, but this will probably add more density of Born in chaos monsters
