for some reason i can't rotate vievfinder, i can change zoom level, but can't aim it
i have alot of mods in my modpack, so may be one of them is causing it, but i don't know where to look for

For example imagine a camera mod that replaces the game camera

Moreover doing stuff properly means not affecting other mods by making targeted changes that are compatible and don't make assumptions. This means if mod a breaks mod b the one to blame is usually the one breaking stuff not the one being broken

Would-be much more grave if vista was breaking a mod for instance

Yeah that's exactly a mod that would replace the entire game camera
