yeah it's still needed.
i just run a test with the latest version and it still broke the recipe system. The DEV of VMinus also re-opened the issue in the github. Dev thought it was fixed, but it wasn't.
The problem is that mod, VMINUS still broke recipe system. it's not the JEI or EMI. it's the action of crafting an item in the crafting_table.
you put the ingredients in the 9x9. there will be no output at all. just empty. even your input is all correct according to the recipe.
sigh i have no idea how to improve the message.

people will just complain that the recipe don't work and think EC is the culprit.

i seriously wish that Forge DEVs could have add a better method to make it more obvious
mark the mod as incompatible with a reason provided. I know Neoforge has this.

however, that won't stop all of users from reporting. probably, some of them will realize what's going on and will go to github for details

Im more so asking how to update the Vminus mod, when i looked at the cataloged I didnt see a version 9? If your adding the "github for details" part. Will the guyhub help the update? Or is the mod compeltly unusable at this stage and recommended to be uninstalled still? The previous message said update the vminus or uninstall.
If you could keep the github link its probably a good idea.

Or, if vminus is incomparable with ec, is there a diffeent option yiu guys coukd suggest, weather its for ec or vminus ? I couldn't really find another wood mod like this , but maybe yiu guys woukd have an option.
