The French Ministry of Education has been a big mess over the last 40 years or something. You know the baccalauréat ? Pretty much every Japanese high schooler could get full marks within 3 hours of the exam (it is 4 hours long).
As for a possibility of teaching elsewhere, I'm not excluding this possibility. I mean... wouldn't I have to be N1 to teach in Japan ? And I still have the possibility to prove myself in English Certification Test as well...
