these are just snapshots, they can come out weekly it's giving us "snapshots" on possible future versions, they are mostly for bug testing and feedback from the community

• first off the crafter ofc, changes everything
• the new lamp works as t flip flop (holy shit), so t flip flops have also been revolutionized and are now 4 times smaller than the usual design (!)
• I predict blaze farms are going to get way more popular cause of the lamp block
• street lights will look way more compact and better with the new lamp block cause it's a t flip flop and so doesn't need constant power
• ender pearls now make sounds when landing, making pvp and other things different than before as it's no longer a stealth device

also considering this is just the things that are (pretty much) good to go, they still have more in store that they haven't announced formally yet

also arrows now don't lose their nbt data when shot, a 11 year old bug fixed lmao

first cave exploration session, was being really careful because I only have an iron chestplate, but I think I got a decent amount of loot

I mainly needed iron to build the glowsquid farm

also stumbled upon an amethyst geode that's apparently right under my house

almost lost all my items because I died deep down in the cavern and I forgot to set a respawn point so I respawned at the world spawn

I set the difficulty back to normal. You and iFly are the only ones who've been on lately.

no problem, I haven't built any farms yet but it should be fine because spawn rate isn't affected by difficulty

it's only limited by the local mob capacity and the light level (maybe some other conditions like nearby block types, etc)

unless you set it to peaceful, no farms will ever be affected

I just updated the PaperMC version to the latest. I was only 10 versions behind, so It probably wasn't that. I'll do some digging.

there was another person online at the time and they didn't seem to be having any issues

I decided to not log in to the JLSS server for the day, but I was invited to join another server right after and I could join and play it without a problem, so idk if it's a me-issue, a server issue, or a server issue that only affects me for whatever reason

I'll try again tomorrow and hopefully it is fixed
