Is there any news, or future plans, on how to make resupplying starbases with Food and Tools to be more feasible? The current prices do not encourage to do so... so this gameplay-loop is struggling (from the inception of based), which imho halts the gameplay in general.

In my mind, the price of Iron isn't to high.. that means the contribution reimbursement is to low. If you get more Atlas for resupplying the starbases, more people (also more small players) would try to play this economic gameplay loop, imho.

I probably overlook a lot of things, but I'm just wondering what is the teams's assessment on this topic?

It means you are freeing up an account in sol that's why you get sol back. Notice that when you mine again, you spend additional sol to recreate the account. If you want you can retain say 1 cargo item so you don't need to create and recreate the rent account each time you load/unload.

Ah yeah. You can only move assets from wallet to SAGE and vice-versa via the CSS. But you can also trade resources within SAGE via local markets.

You dont need a new profile, you use the one you already have. And yes, were talking about the browser game sage.
If you rent ships to someone you cant use them anymore. But you can rent someone elses fleet to optimise your mining efficiency. Thats what I was suggesting

How do I find out how much food I need to carry with me on board a fleet before I travel to a planet in order to mine?

For example, I have got a fleet that has : 1 x Pearce R8, 2 x Pearce F4 and 88 x Fimbul Airbikes.
The full capacity of this fleet cargo is exactly 146,005.
The Food Consumption Rate (Food/s) (Mining) is 1.561.

Is there a formula that i can use to find out the exact amount of food I need before I travel to MRZ-31 ( Titanium Ore ) ?

I've been eager to find out how the system calculates this !

1. Go to https://atlas.eveeye.com/
2. Connect your profile by pasting in your public wallet key
3. Go to "Fleets" and click on your fleet
4. As you can see in the screenshot attached, depending on hardness and richness of the resource you'll see how much fuel, food and ammo you need

Wallet to UE5 integration hasn’t been done before. What you describe works for internet-browsers like chrome or brave, but not for any gaming applications.
I wouldn’t assume it stays that way. Team is working constantly on better solutions, but for now for the early access version of Star Atlas its what we got.
As a short term solution you could create a wallet in the UE5 client and send whatever assets youd like to use there temporarily.

There is a step in game that isn't mentioned in the support article - after the seed phrase and before setting the password there is a large list of empty wallet addresses and you need to select one of them. I don't know which one to select (tried a random one).

Hello, I haven't received any response from Darwin. I have been interested in Star Atlas for 4 years. I believe in the project and it will be much better. But as of March 23rd, Turkey time at 10:40 (UTC+3), my 145 xxsmall ship and 145 crew have still not been brought back. This incident has damaged my belief in investing more in Star Atlas. I don't know if my much more valuable ship can be like this. If this process cannot be fixed, please inform me. Good luck and good work.

since 2,3 days my main fleet does not accept warp, dock orders correctly. when the distance is too long only 1x warp is possible, after cooldown it stucks. it can only be solved by working with sly tool. it seems "exit warp" does not work in manual play properly. is this a known bug, and is someone working on it? very, very annoying.

You can only use an existing seed phrase inside the game. Or you can choose to create an entirely new one within.

No need to link your wallet browser as there is no connection between the epic game and a browser.

hi i've just done some installation for upgrading mrz-10 and I want to claim my lp I went to the local marketplace and then lp exchange then claimed it, nothing happened. I refreshed and restarted but I couldn't claim it. I've also tried it on my css but even then the lp exchange section was the same and did award me any lp according to the indicator on the top right on sage labs. I've seen a previous post talking about how it's automatic but I also have old lp claims from 2024 and I haven't claimed or recieved any of those including the later ones like the one I just did for the space station. I wanted to know what happens to my lp or if it's just gone and what I can do with my new lp because I haven't outright recieved any atlas either.

Your LP gets redeemed automatically now. After the redemption period is over you will find atlas to claim on the local marketplace of the starbase (see screenshot attached)

I’m trying to refuel and rearm a fleet that I have listed for rental but the transactions keep failing. I have the resources in my local inventory and I can see my fleet in the hangar. When I select refuel or rearm all the transactions just fail. I see the failures in the Sage labs transaction manager but there’s no further explanation. Any thoughts?

if you the owner you do not have to do that, you would need to unlist the fleet, then you can refill

but usually its the job of people renting it

Oh I see, I fueled and armed it originally because I thought it would make it more attractive as a rental. I thought I read that as a good strategy somewhere. Thanks for the info.

Hey fam. If the fleet ran out of fuel mid-journey, you can only disband the fleet and it will go back to your css. Otherwise, if it's within a starbase, you can buy fuel in the local markets if available or transport fuel as a cargo using a different fleet.
