Yea. That was my initial issue as well. I was expecting instant response but quickly realized would be around 5 to 10 seconds.

That and ux. Like the market should also be implemented on the sage labs page so I dont have to go back to staratlas. I should be able to transfer cargo from fleets and starbase within one window rather 2 seperate. Often times I find myself stuck or forgetting what I was going to do with the multiple fleets going. If UX was a bit more seemless then I think that wouldnt be much of an issue. Maybe adding a fleets page rather than an undocked fleets and have an undocked fleets drop down option in fleets. This "fleets" page will allow you to view all your ships with extensive details such as activity and timers/etc. you can also have quick menus/actions on the fleets page next to each fleet to allow options for mining>docking>cargo unload/load. This would also be better for yall since you really would need to optimize just the fleets page for mobile so you can start the main action on desktop/tablet and then while mobile use these new quick menu/actions.

Future improvements also include the fleet viewer in sage to allow for an inclusive experience for the player.

one other improvement must be to see where our resources are in the whole map.. for example, i am leaving R4 in different space stations and then getting track of where i left them.. if i can see a list of all R4, even the whole inventory of everything in the map from a simple section, that would be a perfect ux upgrade.. otherwise i am navigating through all of them

yes, but not how you are thinking I would assume. Max SDU's from a scan is 10. Toolkit burned is based on the size of the ships.

Imo, the most efficient scanning team is 10 xxs ships. As you will always get 10 SDUS when you find them, and you burn less fuel and toolkits.

However, if you want to go further out, obviously you need bigger fuel reserve.

more area? no, a fleet can only be on one block.

If you have 30 xxs ships, imo you should have 3 scanning fleets, each with 10 ships. This would maximize your successful scan SDU's at 10 per fleet, and allow you to cover 3 blocks instead of one.

It also works out pretty well with timers. I currently run 3 SDU scanning groups, and if you focus on just that for an hour or two, you can pretty much go seemlessly through the fleets without catching scan or warp timers.

I click exit respawn and the transaction fails, tried both settings in AP, I can deposit ATLAS to my account and resources from wallet... it's just that one transaction of exiting the respawn after the timer has counted down

Its not your fault, and I have a big fleet clump too. You can try all the basic troubleshooting. Clear your cache (make sure that offline website data is checked and its set to "all time"), Close your browser, restart it.

Try in a different browser, or use a different wallet app and see if any of this helps. But unfortunately, for some people something helps, and others are still dead in the water.

I can confirm though that its a top priority and the team is actively working on it.

This reward will be very mimimal as stated by swag many times. But the Snapshot of fleet badges has been taken. So removing ships from score and losing your fleet badges is fine. Whatever you had when the snapshot was taken will hold.

Yes, I had 10k super conductors with a cargo of 20-25k, but I could only carry 5k supper conductors at a time....seem like each super conductor took up 5 spaces in the cargo.

You wont lose anything as its tied to the wallet address. since the seed/wallet will be the same on Phantom/Solflare there is no difference or loss of services. The only thing is the approval/confirm will be different since its differnt apps.

Depends on the size of the ships. Airbikes are the best value atm for scanning but each air bike would only get you one. So a fleet of 10 airbikes could get you 10 SDUs. But bigger sized ships can get more (with still max 10). There are different toolkit costs per ship as well.

@slim plazaut, I think you can only go from wallet to CSS, to get that stuff to other starbases, you have to transport it there with fleets, dock, then offload the cargo. This can be used with fuel especially to extend your travels in the far reaches of the Star Atlas Universe🪐

There is no point in warping AT ALL if your only goal is SDUs.... FILL inventory with toolkits, park somewhere on the middle of the map, then scan. Scan as often as it will allow. Once you get a successful scan on a fleet skip one scan or wait an extra bit of time before scanning again. never move.

Alright. Time for my question. Has anyone found a foolproof way to get Fuel and such onto a reluctant fleet? I have 5/6 of my scanning fleets stranded at MRZ-6 with tons of fuel they wont take on. I've tried everything again...

I've run into this problem like 10 times. Every time a different random combination of attempts fixes it. I've tried:
Using different devices
Waiting 24 hrs
Undocking/docking fleets
Undocking, moving 1 square away, moving back, docking
Disbanding/rebanding
Rebanding w a different name
Trying to put in just 1 of every resource I have in different combinations
Moving to a different starbase
Adding more of that resource to that starbase
Multiple fleets docked
Single fleet docked
I can't remove the SOL rental because it's at a distant starbase and has never been in my wallet
Tried using hanger to fill, tried using inventory to fill
Tried overfilling fuel so that some would go to cargo
I've also tried just supprising it, doing 3 failed transactions in a row, or running at my comptuer and trying to catch it off guard.
Etc. Etc. Etc.

I started playing since the launch, with and w/o bugs, and I just noticed that something changed and I want to understand if this was planned or also a new bug.

My fleet REQUIRES 8,446 FUEL and 4,338 FOOD to fullfil a 129,976 CARGO hold. Over the last days I let it mining and came back to stop the process 10 min later than the estimated time for completion and it seems that all the consumption was halted when the cargo was full.

Today I noticed that the consumption stills going even after the cargo is full, until I stop mining.

What's going on?

I have found a working way to move things into my ships cargo . If i arrive at MRZ with like 54% fuel i blast it with another 70% of fuel or so on top together with everything else i want to move in cargo , so fuel ''overflows'' into cargo compartment . Sometimes only Fuel gets added and nothing else - then i remove all fuel and do like 110% fuel add . After couples tries like this it eventually goes through for me . Hope this helps ! 💪

so this is the old UI layout, sometimes this happens when your UI gets out of sync. I would try a hard refresh and a cache clear first and go from there.

It can also just be latency sometimes, best to be patience or try a basic refresh when things get "stuck"

TBH, I think a couple of the GT crafts that I have stuck got that way when I had atlas prime checked. It did happen on at least one other occasion without prime selected too though…

can somebody explain me how the Scan work? is it fleet dependent or sector dependent? Does it make any sense to scan 4 time with 4 different fleet on the SB? Should i place the fleet on different sector to increase probability? and how big is a sector "scannable" from the fleet? does it overlap with the warp sector? Thanks

Best way to go about it is to move around , because it's less likely that someone scanned the sector before you . It doesn't make sense to scan 4 times with 4 fleets same sector

Yes, functions similar to Escape Velocity. So finding blocks with less people on them helps. But no way to currently see how many people are in any block.

R4 is the 4 basic resources. Food, Fuel, Ammo, Toolkits.

R8 is the base mats you can mine in Sage Labs. Iron, Copper, Hydrogen, Carbon, Lumanite, and the three faction crystals.
