usually takes less than a minute if the transaction went through. you can double check if it was successful by searching your address here https://explorer.solana.com/. otherwise maybe refresh the page, reconnect your wallet, then check your inventory

Your buy order is on the books at 16.30. you need to connect to the market and find the open order (it will be in theblue box i highlighted) and close / cancel your order

Then go to inventory to "claim" your 16.30 back, and place an order to buy a ship that is for sale. The cheapest ship for sale was 18.08 when i took the screen shot. You could try to buy that one.

Welcome to the community! If binance has a withdraw ATLAS feature, you can send it to your Phantom wallet. Always test with a small amount first.

Ask size are people willing to sell you a ship (at the ask price).

Buy Size are people looking to buy a ship, but there is no seller* willing to part with a ship that little yet, so the order sits in the books until someone is willing to sell at that price.

@prime dragon I am trying to move my Star Atlas account completely onto a Ledger, but there doesn't seem to be a straight forward way in doing this. Creating a new account on a Ledger doesn't give me access to any thing and I can't join faction or sync with Inventory. I attempted to then connect the Ledger to Phantom first and then connect Phantom to Star Atlas website, but I get the "Wallet Not Fully Supported" warning message and I cannot move pass Joining a Faction while using the connected Ledger wallet. Lastly, I connected the Ledger to Solflare and then connected Solflare to Star Atlas. This finally allowed me to choose a faction. Then I log back into Star Atlas with Phantom with the Ledger as selected account and now my faction shows up and everything works fine. I can also freely transfer ships, fuel, food, etc. over to the Phantom Ledger backed wallet. Am I now safe to assume I can transfer all my ships and resources over to the Ledger and Fleet Manager should be able to stake the ships properly as well??

Yea Blind signing was the first thing I enabled before doing anything else. Fleet manager seems to work now but using a Ledger backed Phantom/Solflare wallet still doesn't let me do things like change Avatar in my profile. I assume the user website profile creates and sends the data similar to a user selecting the Faction race for the first time so that part is still rather buggy if using a ledger backed webwallet.

If you have settled/claimed your X5 you should see it in inventory or on app.step.finance , Solflare didn’t show my ships so I switched to Phantom wallet and my ships showed up.

I've been fielding a lot of reports of people not seeing ships in their inventory after making an order. In every case, the order was placed too low, and there were no ships for sale at that price. To reclaim your ATLAS / USDC and make an order at a higher price, you can follow either of these two methods. The first is done on play.staratlas.com, and the second is done on step.finance. (pictures 1 and 2) Once you cancel the order, you have to settle / claim the funds in the inventory tab, or on step (pictures 3 and 4)

I already bought a spaceship in Star Atlas more than 1 week ago , yesterday I started playing the new mini stake game , I put it to stake and everything else , but my 'Food' was running out and I'm trying to buy as much 'Food' as Other Resources since 11am and I can't, I have $30 in my Phantom wallet, $28 from Solana and basically $2 from Dol. And I've already given my Atlas Claim to the Phantom wallet, I can do the entire transaction, pay all fees, however, the 'Food' that I buy doesn't appear in my wallet or in my inventory on the Atlas website. that when I go to buy Food, it asks me to connect my Phantom wallet, I connect and it goes normally. I have already logged into Solana's 'Sonar Watch' website, connected to the same Phantom wallet and it contains all my transactions, purchases of 'Food' and other Resources and the fees I have paid. I manage to refund everything again to my Phantom wallet, however, when I try to buy a Resource again, the same happens, I buy everything, pay all the fees but the Resource disappears again. And then there's the right transaction on the Sonar Watch website and I manage to get everything I spent back into my Phatom wallet.

When their in your inventory you can’t actually use them in your ships. You need to claim each resource which then puts it in your phantom wallet , then you can re-supply each resource

Sounds like you placed a buy order below market price and your order never filled. Cancel the order and try placing it again. Make sure you click the lowest number in the red ask section.

If you used draffel while your ship was staked, it reclaimed your ships rent account. Now the ship can't be withdrawn from the smart contract. This is a high priority to fix when we get back from holidays. In the meantime I pinned a message to this channel which shows you how to manually recreate the rent account for any ship.

I have activated the Phantom Wallet and it connects to the Atlas star site.

now I wanted to connect the Ledger with the Wallet Phantom ... successful procedure only that once you enter the staratlas site and trying to connect the ledger account with the marketplace (or more generally by clicking on connect), it seems to connect But the dot at the top to the right of the Wallet it remains red (Not connected in fact).

I noticed that with the Wallet Phantom (standard, not ledger) it asks me for some kind of authorization when I connect for the first time, with the Ledger it does not. I tinkered with the settings and noticed that there is a sort of approval of the site with the Phantom wallet (in options--> trusted apps), with the Ledger there is no kind of approval.

Just an update on this from my experience:

It worked, although had error 'invalid channel' during the process after creating the second token account, but a refresh of sollet.io F5 solved that

This is a problem not just when you have removed a token account (for example using draffle)

Not sure I understand the question, but re-supplying your ship just ensures that it continues giving rewards, if the stock runs out then you stop gaining rewards
