In the Good Old USA we have the 1st amendment and free speech even though B.S. and drivel comes out of your mouth we put up with it up until the woke movement started getting offended by every thing they did not agree with and since they controlled much of the media and education they started banning what they did not want to hear. I never liked that policy but since I tried it on some guy with no name from the UK who I can only reference as banned I kinda think I like it. Now I enjoy a good disagreement and discussion but just don't bring something as a fact to the argument that you have not at least tried to check for accuracy.

I have been involved in many campaigns over the past 50+ years and I think that it has been the general rule of thumb that the general electorate is smart but ill informed and easily lead or mislead for that matter by any campaign that is good at Spin and rhetoric. I have always had a big problem with straight up lying but I have no problem with misdirection.

I'm not sensitive and I have very thick skin I have been personally publicly attacked with lies plenty and I don't take it personal. I did not make the new rules but I will not play at a disadvantage and will use your own rules against you if that is how the game is played. Best thing I have seen happen in a long time is Musk buying Twitter and turning it into X and letting people say what ever they want. There is a block feature here if you don't want to read what I say and you are free to use it. This forum should get pretty interesting as the mid terms get closer. The good news is if the current administration has any tricks up it's sleave to pump the economy before the election they will so we can at least expect to see a short term gain.
