The reason why ship burning is being introduced is because ships are meant to be destroyed via normal gameplay but that's years out, now they are releasing ships that are stuck at the origination price onto the market and making more ship redemptions available via sage so adding a burn feature is both in line with intended game mechanics and what the market needs

Trying to burn atlas is premature and may cause other problems later, the market is going to dump when it's going to dump and everything goes down, burning tokens in response is not exactly going to help, the ship prices being kept by burning will help the market adjust to the new atlas prices by keeping the ship values in line

overly rewarding f2p activities is a huge mistake. if f2p rewards are the premium way to earn, what incentive is there to explore buying assets and playing SAGE ? f2p rewards should be peanuts compared to actually investing, and playing the economic side of the game. it should only whet the apetite of new players to explore what else the game has to offer. The fact that the going thinking is to increase f2p rewards is just wrong no matter which way you slice it. I would argue they even need to be reduced more, as it just adds more unecessary strain to an already struggling economy.
