We need SAGE, its going to continue getting worked on till its integrated into the full version of the game. Its pre alpha, things move slow yes, but we have a full working game for anyone that cares, you guys are welcome to join us in it. If you dont want to, no worries, you'll need to have patience waiting for the Ue5 version to be built out

I went through all the work to try different browsers and even set up a solflare account.. the clearing of tokens issue still persisted in Operations... Thanks for the heads up.. I did not interact with that individual at all.. Just used the existing ticket path...

If it helps.. (not a critique.. I get the struggle on the team side) the scammers here and in zink discord are gaming slow response on help/tickets. I almost got scammed on zink, but because I use a ledger, I was safe. Remediation/Recco to the team to help slow what I see as numerous attacks/attempts (I myself have seen the same scam attempted probably about 5 times in the last week across both channels):

1. Team should move the ticket system link up on the left nav to have it visible above the fold... yes, this will likely increase number of tickets, but that is FAR better than someone getting scammed an all the work/bad press that ensues) This means to be safer, we all have to accept slower ticket response until zink drops.

2. On zink discord- the ticket system does not even appear until you reach level 2 or 3.... We should have it present immediately. Also as noted on 1) post it above the fold.

3. I think we are doing a good job with frequent messages on DMs... but maybe we should call out the support scam expressly.

If it helps on tracking down the perps of the attempt: I have noticed they always have a green id on their name like mine... they are super fast to jump on any questions or requests for help... often within a few minutes.. usually when mods are not available/busy and chat is slow.

Their user Id usually has no name or a heart type of badge icon included.

The scam- they want you to go to another discord link.. from there they ask you to click a link.. if you had no ledger, you probably would be drained...

if that attempt does not work, they try to get you off discord to download a patch... they then hit you up for your Seed.. For everyone else- NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR SEED TO ANYONE....EVER. ALSO_ NEVER click ANY links posted in here unless it is from a known/vetted mod... ALSO- DMs are usually trash/scam attempts.. I typically dont use them at all unless it is from someone I have super validated...

Hope that all helps others, and helps kick these fools out a little faster... As we drop zink and any new updates, expect more of these kinds of attempts! 🙂

We're talking about the scamming situation a lot internally. Unfortunately we're subject to certain technical limitations on the discord side (also don't have enough "manpower" to reply to tickets any faster than we currently do). Its quite tricky because for every loophole we close the scammers find a new one.
But rest assured, we take this very seriously 🙏
