Works in racing as well, you dont need anyone to race. You can always ask people to join you in shooter games using the #💥┃ue5-game channel. With the game in early access and needing a code to download the servers are not flooded with players all the time. However, there are games daily.

So I ran some tests in ses and the result was very interesting. Two identical combat fleets that consist of 23 ships each. The only difference is that one of them has 1 Opal Rayfam, and in another I replaced the data runner with 1 VZUS Ambwe. The fleet with data runner win rate was 55-60% 🙂 At the same time, if 1 Opal Rayfam fights directly with 1 VZUS Ambwe - VZUS 100% wins. So, the conclusion is that one small data runner boosts the entire combat fleet significantly.

Well, I believe ses is priority info for C4, not the Holosim. Fighters are weak there, the speed and small crew are their only advantage 🙂
Here is what I've learned from ses so far:
(1) Bounty Hunters - anti-fighters with bad mobility, ideal for slow fleets that consist of other bounty hunters or non-fighter Large+ ships, will dramatically slow down the rest of the fleet if it consists mostly of XXL or XL ships.
(2) Fighters - combat ships with great mobility, ideal for fast fleets that consist mostly of XXL and XL ships, can't oppose bounty hunters without support of at least a couple of XXL ships.
(3) Bombers - combat ships with huge advantage against ships Small+ sizes, the larger the target - the larger the advantage, not so effective against XXL and XL ships.
(4) Miners - ideal for mining, bad for anything else.
(5) Data Runners - ideal for scanning, bad of anything else.
(6) Transport - ideal for transporting cargo, bad for anything else.
Not sure about the Medical and Repair ships' purposes yet.

these are very old nft from the original airdrops in 2021, badges allow the devs/marketing to create events around certain access. Also players could likely use these badges to set permissions on their real estate.
all careers will require some sort of licensing buy-in to get the progression and the perks of the progression. getting the meta-pas unlocks all those licenses. the faction version covers all licenses within the faction, and the council version covers all licenses in all factions.
VIP is similar to the badges really but in-game utility also allows access to the VIP deck, which is a special lobby that is close to the main general hub of all space stations. which means you don't have to use the general shipyard and get a super far parking spot. basically valet service.
you can't trade licenses/passes or passports after they're activated onto your account.
