Try disconnecting and reconnecting your wallet, close the sage tab and restart the browser, clear cache/cookies for the website or try solflare as a wallet.
Unfortunately I dont have the perfect workaround for your issue, but maybe one of these helps.
The team will be back in office in a few days and you can open a ticket then.
And dont take DMs, scammers might target you!

Rental system will come out some time next year. Even though you would have to pay in advance for the rental fleet, it will allow you to play somewhat free with larger ships. As you can earn the fee you paid and possibly profit with the rented fleet.

Connect to another wallet within solflare, refresh sage, reconnect to you’re main wallet in solflare. Same process for phantom.

I like solflare because it’s cheaper, but yeah when Solona pumps it doesn’t always work.

If you haven’t I’d make a burner/new wallet in phantom, switch to that wallet, and then refresh, then switch back to your mud/oni/ustur wallet. Unless you’re telling me you tried that. They’ve also mentioned atlas prime turned on can effect gameplay on sage. Could turn off if you have it on, I’ve never used prime

Okay. Here is a bit of a troubleshooting guide.

Delete all browsing history, refresh sage. Claim crafted items to free crew for transport.

Maybe click on manage extensions and update all of them. For computer

Or, I never use mobile but see if your wallet app needs updated if you are using mobile.

Just incase you are not familiar. For collecting crafted items and freeing crew. Click “operations” “staff efforts” “claim”

Issue seems that a browser does not start to inicialize process in block chain - couse there is not any interactiom from the phantom after i click to complete efforts - cleaning cookies and history even the unistaling phantom does not help .

Why is Starbased so broken? I've been playing StarAtlas for 3 years and I'm growing tired of the issues. It's taking me 5 to 10 minutes if at all to do something that should take about 10 seconds. I have to refresh constantly and hope my actions were accomplished. Logging in is a crap shoot. Meanwhile, people using untrustworthy 3rd party apps aren't even playing the game and are running laps around the players actually playing the game. Is there a plan to fix these problems that are just getting worse? Or is it time to cut this mess loose?

Every time I tried using Atlas Prime, I wanted to smash my head against a wall because of it being so fundamentally broken. I prefer to click the ledger buttons for the manual interactions, and use SLY for everything else. The fact that you need to disable Prime for some things to work, and then turn it on again for others, is just... yuck. Also, several times, I got crew/materials locked for days (sometimes weeks). And on top of that, it charges you 15% premium on transactions, and the conversion rate from Atlas to SOL is terrible. It's BIG nope for me, until it's minimally functional. 😦

Yes those, also, just put your ships in sage, it really is pretty standard and straight forward. Start out small, mine hydro, make fuel, mine copper, make ammo, or sell the raw mats, don't process them. DYOR, do n't take my word for it, check the market place for pricing.

You can play the game with or without any guild but I personally advise you to join a guild. You can read and review what guilds of your choice can offer to your advantage. Check them in guilds channel.

All ships have space/modules for cargo. You can load any resources in their cargo be it raw materials or crafted items.

You might be referring to freighter ships which has a bigger cargo than the non-freighter ships. Nonetheless, ALL SHIPS CAN MINE AND CARRY CARGO.

Transaction (gas) fees may become expensive when US is awake, their daytime, vis-a-vis when more are using solana causing congestion issues. Just ask clarification here should you experience high fees. Also, there is a Priority Fees option in SAGE.

Currently, if you are doing manual (not the sly tool) - best option is to use SOLFLARE over Phantom for fees. In sly, you can set how much fee you are willing to pay but during peak hours/seasons, you may experience failing transactions too.

Try to sell the exact same amount of resources you wanted to sell again. Its a two part transaction that sometimes fails. First it exchanges your resources to certificates and the second one is the sale of the certificates
