It is indeed a vast learning curve. I don’t really like how vast for new players, but it is rewarding when you figure it all out. That disconnect reconnect will fix you up. Manually spamming a few transactions from 2-6am eastern time will help you also. Another thing that can help is changing you’re strategy and claiming with phantom or backpack wallet after you save up for x amount of weeks. Good for if you’re not a whale or bigger player and Solona’s is pumping for a few weeks. I don’t do this though I just wait till 2-6 and spam a few transactions if I must

Rental accounts. Once you finish the loop, you get it back, except for the actual fee, which is 5k Lamports (or a bit more with priority fees).

And right now they're very very low. SLY is doing less than 1k extra Lamports for 20s average approval times.

I'm running 27 fleets, and spending 0.05 SOL/day on average. So yeah, it sucks when it spikes, but learn about rental accounts before blaming the game.

And yeah, I also agree that we should need less transactions to reduce costs. But they're already working on that.

I almost never get failed transactions. 2-6 am eastern is the time to try manual transactions. Sly will also give you a huge advantage. If you think the “risk” (I don’t believe it’s risky but some might) is worth it. It seems to go through unless solona is really pumping. In which case you can set a priority fee for maybe 1.2-1.5 times the 0.000005 fee.
SA would benefit from a pop up that gives a sage tutorial and even more importantly a sage troubleshooting guide. Could pop up when you connect you’re wallet and disappear without the need to close it.
Another thing that will help is this. Connect to another wallet within solflare, refresh sage, reconnect to you’re main wallet in solflare. Same process for phantom. Have a problem it is often this.

there are arguments to both, if your stationary mostly though you need to be ether covering a few sectors ie have like 5 + fleets or be watching the results like a hawk or only scanning periodically

if your going to automate a small number of fleets your going to likely have better results on a pattern

the primary restricion is your timer, its long enough to sub warp to the next sector if the one your in is empty

I had to self-destruct a fleet, now it's in the css awaiting to exit respawn, but the tx doesn't go trhough. I tried with prime, w/o prime, tried to refresh...
All the other tx go through very fast

Sometimes I have to flip flop between Phantom and Solflare to get transactions to stick. Granted I've only ever once had to self destruct!

Imagine soon you'll be able to ask for a fuel delivery instead of pushing the big red button!

Have you tried exiting respawn inside the hangar when you click on the fleet? (Not in the quick menu bottom left)
