A better idea would be to give roles slow-modes if they surpass a certain quota within 24 hours. Is simple, a dynamic time-mode system that does not punish everyone for one person's mistake and focuses on people spamming a channel.

Sorry, man. All I know is they need to be added to sort of an index tree by the RPC providers; I'm not really sure how often they update these, so that's where the delays come from; I had this issue last week and needed to wait for more than a day before they arrived in sage, my feeling is open them and then send manually to sage works faster, I could be wrong tho, for how long this issue will persist I have no new information, but I will ask again tomorrow.
