Because it is a losing situation for people in SCORE and they don't even realize it. They are literally just breaking even with SCORE so it is a net benefit to those that are actually playing the game. People in SCORE basicaly have to use all the ATLAS earned to supply their ships which benefits the players who are crafting those resources. Wealth transfer.

3. Rental program ( give me your ships so I can play sage pls 🙏 )
4. Secure in-house automation of basic game mechanics ( preferably using on-chain scheduler and vault wallet not local pc )

a full mining loop in just base transaction fees is over 1.35 atlas (6 transactions) so if your not getting that much per loop in value your iced out, the only real solution to that is an actual player to player economy

this is pre atlas prime, pre prio fees, pre r4 costs and pre market fees

the fact is larger players or those with closed loops can mostly ignore this extra cost

so that smaller players end up mostly iced out right now due to lack of demand

So is it possible that we have a game mechanic that is not easy to bot and requires at least some kind of skill and time consumption, it is affordable to small players and it makes the larger players that do not have time to buy from the smaller players. Like maybe increase the food burn for scanning and make it so if you are not finding the super good sectors you are wasting resources. Like you go out with your fleet and you have 30-40 scans max for a 1-2 hour active gameplay and you need to be sure you are wasting them on a good sector and it is worth the tx costs.

Do you think that can help? I am asking seriously, not kidding or trying to be sarcastic

its not even about boting its about consumption being high enough on the consumer end to be able to make it profitable, or better yet have rewarding gameplay loops that are profitable enough for lower end players that are mostly consuming the goods that are produced ie racing

racing for example will have a relativity low barrier to entry but also be consuming a lot of what is produced in sage

and give rewards in terms of money and other types of loot that smaller players like

I wouldn't be opposed to having to feed my crew as an additional cost......or feeding the starbase made economic sense......or perhaps food lasts much much longer. Besides ...if you think about it....A Starbase constantly running out of food means...there is high crime, looting, corruption, blackmarkets etc. The society could not progress and would decline.....at least that is what would happen in the real world. The current setup makes no sense to me.

eveeye shows the scanning data from everyone scanning in the area. there are probably other fleets scanning in the same sector, and they got the successes, not you.

You can use eveeye to see how many other fleets are in your sector, and it might give you a better idea of what to expect.

I scan on my phone. Then see it pop up in eveeye. In eveeye it shows 1xsdu. But I didn’t get. Only one time out of like 5 I got.

according to the lore the Armstrong manufacturers have pretty good bonus on scanner arrays. Also miner ship class has the best bonus 5 after the data runner class 6 while the multi-role gets 3.
