gm, sim error most likely means starcom is showing some old cached version of the fleet state. For example you clicked stop mining and it did stop on chain but also did not update the interface so when you try to click stop mining again program will return sim error because the fleet is idle and not mining.

In my experience - you either wait it out, or in some cases you can use sky the Assistant as workaround to make the fleet complete another action and force starcom to update its state.

In my case I have some redeemable LP that I already claimed, but starcom is reporting it not claimed. I will most definitely will need to wait it out as I already received the Atlas for it, it is just showing incorrect in the interface and fiving me those transaction simulations errors

getting ships to the css to exit and renter is rather simple

the biggest issue for small players is actually the need to get everything back to the css at the end of the game id

Yeah, that is definitely a buff for the sdu scanning in general. Will most likely affect the prices on the market too, I would give it a couple of days before I compare prices on MP.

Currently testing the scanning with 4x Tufa. Chi would seem better as it is more economic in both fuel and food consumption. But I do you subwarp a lot and that extra time to get to the better sector counts. Also running out of fuel before I run out of food.

This is for about 8h semi-active play using assistant for the auto-clicking and changing the scan sector target constantly. Hitting right after cooldown and focusing sectors with >25% chance to hit. I will need to find some balance between subwarping to another sector and scanning on lower cooldown.

Also will need to test with the adding my various ships to the scanning fleet - that will most definitely increase performance, although I will have to suffer the subwarp speed penalty.

Now, more elaborate answer: depends on your asset $. Anything below $1k total, I'd recommend mining and selling hydrogen/fuel. From there and up, you start to have a better setting to expand into more complex loops.

everything is a solana txn 0.00005, except solana token account creation, these are 0.002, but you get the token accounts back as soon you close them, its an automated process, so as soon you interact with any asset it creates token accounts, same goes for fleets and cargo
so each time you transport or mine things, cargo token accounts get created for your fleet these usually get closed when you unload, but when you disband a fleet a message will pop up in the starbase that you have open cargo accounts when you press it you get the solana token/renting account fees back

the projected ATLAS emissions today, since day one, is 8 million per day. These emissions will decrease over time afaik. We are still below that, so we are fine. If you have a concern, I advise to maybe catch up on the economic whitepaper, and maybe ask questions and clarify doubts in #📊┃economics channel, as some information on there might not be current.

ATLAS is a currency, and is not designed to increase in value, it is designed for growth of users, and hopefully will eventually become more stable. If you are buying ATLAS hoping for 10x gains, you might be wasting your time.

I don't think we can compare our strategies, coz i have quiet a big fleet. But resupplying food is cost of doing business not actual business. I suggest to balance your mining/crafting volumes, get a bit of transport ships and focus on 1 component. Food/toolkit resupply done either by big players or coordinated by a group of small players. If i had fleet below 3k$ i personally would not resupply at all

Starbased is getting easier to play every day...especially for smaller players. With more bases opening and whales funding CSS for crafting it provides way more options to earn LP. Downside is that it also becomes easier for larger players too which increases LP totals, but now smaller players can participate and start compounding.

It is not right for smaller player because you can’t move materials. If you haven’t large or superior ship is not allowed for to craft materials for LP.

You can mine Hydro and with the CSS running you can craft Fuel. You can then sell the Fuel and either compound into new ships or buy other Raws and craft items that have higher margin. Bottom line is that there are more and more options each day.
