i think the real problem with earnings is people want to play the game (upgrading) but if you arent setup for it you just get crushed

Ksirvana did some APR w/ hydrogen farming with XXS at like 60-70%

thats still stupidly good considering atlas prices

mining ships were only about 100% APR

if atlas bumps back up to .00055 all ships will hit 100% APR again

a lot of rewards are determined by ATlas

and theres nothing we can do about that

have no idea to be honest, council rank is for supporting your faction, I don't think that has anything to do with licenses. Licenses are to allow you participate in certain type of missions when there is mission system

at least that is what I think, can be completely wrong on that one

remember that the manual also said that we would be able to craft in bases with no upkeep. Upkeep just gives boost to crafting speed

so I no longer trust the manual

Just put a fleet of 3 SM ships out there scanning and you will earn max XP each day easily. Basically set and forget. They can stay out scanning g for like 4 days before needing to come in for a refill.

when a ship is docked, you can check the fleet stats in the game. So if I wanted to check into how fleet composition matters, I would use this chart, and cross-check it with what it shows me on the in-game UI

personally, I don't mix different ships into the same fleet, at least i don't do it often enough to care. But it is possible there are some min/max strategies there, if you check, but the information is not handed to you, everyone will have to figure it out for themselves.

There are too many variables to say, "oh yeah, you should do this, or that" you have to first decide what you want to do, then try to build your fleets accordingly

CSS is Central Space Station, each faction has one. You need to look on the map, it will show you which one is the CSS.

Well, code for labs is not low fee and it is not spammy, has dynamic priority fees with latest changes. Sly script can be set to be not that spammy too with a bit higher prio fees.

If you have 50 fleets scanning that might be an issues, but current meta is a few larger fleets. Also cd is now about 1:40-2:00 min. If you are scanning 1 or 2 fleets that should be alright, and if they are full fleets you should be able to afford paying the prio fee for tx.

I would say that SA game play and responsiveness should benefit from those changes. At least in theory

the issue here is more of the botters that have a decent amount of fleets and using set ups that bypass starcom and set their own fees

starcomm is for reading chain data, kinda like proxy that caches only the SA stuff that are on chain so we can see where the fleets are moving without flooding the rpc servers ( this is according to me, take this with a pinch of salt ). For writing tx ( those which are the actions that we perform in game ) the scripts are not that aggressive, also you have some parameters to adjust some of them in Assistant. And if you have 1x fleet for scanning which should be the new meta - it is not that many tx.

we have access to the sdk that will let us get around starcom if we want to where people can set up their own custom botting/fee structures etc, those are the people who will be targeted by this, labs assistant is done with the team permission ie all the automation/fee stuff the team is informed of so it has its own more restricted and controlled rule set and therefore is less likely to trigger blocking, also I do think there is another aspect that will help with this due to validators being able to specifically prioritize sa transactions that are not spammy

For me, I have pretty much all fighters somewhere over 20K vwap and I was negative mining and selling hydro on the market. Mainly cuz of the cost of ammo and transactions. I get that it’s just one example but with just fighters they aren’t very efficient completing more complex loops. Frameworks at Oni-4 was good but that was about it.

yeah I do think that the initial cap on amount of ships out was a good idea as alt accounts are effective wasted progress as the main account gains more relevance

My VWAP on fighters is like 30k and they make me money.... I also have mining fleets and they obviously make me more but the ammo using fleets still work

The main detriment I've seen lately was scanning and that was fixed with fleet size caps being removed for scanning
