Depends if you can craft at css. It will probably be more efficient to craft at the location where you mine - that also depends if the base is supplied or not. That way you reduce the weight of your cargo to transport + you can use the transport fleet ammo bank as extra cargo

Thankyou! I'll look at tufa to transport. Doing exactly as you say with small Armstrong to mine, xxsmall to man crafting but haven't got dedicated transport. Mind boggling combinations and options.

The alternatives and combinations are like MBA in logistics and operations assignment

That was just an example, might be better ship than the tufa with better ammo bank + total cargo capacity for less fuel cost to transport. I have not made the exact calculations, but it is possible to use ammo bank to transfer the ammo. Also the crafting part is tricky if no one supplies the base where the copper is with food. So I will wait a bit to see how things are going. Kivikoti is probably right that selling the copper might actually be better than crafting into ammo right now ( this is also subject to change )

depends on where your picking it, once your wallet is locked to starbased you would need to force it to glitch to create a second profile in another faction (not recommended) the profile you create for faction fleet is not relevant at all anymore, and you can be in a different faction in labs then you are in starbased meaning we can change our factions up untill whatever the final game id is (hoping combat is the last new game id but who knows)

I think both of those strategy's work man. But like you state, running out of things to craft is a thing. Once you can get enough r4 you can kinda balance out the numbers and start for some more lucrutive resources. That is how I played it until I knew I had enough r4. Now I mine titanium pretty much always.

the biggest issue with massive projects like this is feature creep, so far everything they have done has massive use in future parts of the planned dev cycle so while it may delay what we want to see its not wasted time for the full vision, things like sports on the other hand are not needed to get the game out and take time from other needed tasks
