How to use girolles?
Fry in the butter for 20 seconds, then add the cooking liquid from the girolles. Bring to the boil, and simmer for 1 minute. Put the mushrooms on top of the toast, and pour over the buttery garlic sauce. Decorate with the remaining shallot rings and parsley leaves.

You just keep the heat lower. If you are at 300 degrees Fahrenheit (like 150 C) you are golden.
You start it burn off THC around 350/177.
Cooking with it is good you just have to be gentle.

my new favorite method is pan searing the steak until 100F, then basting in butter until it gets to around 120F and pulling it off. I prefer medium for fatty steaks to give the fat enough time to render/break down/get crispy and develop that crust
