So I have an email that I had done the account transfer from Kakao games back in Feb of 2021, but I was never able to actually access the transferred account. I do not see a good spot to petition in support for this issue, but am I pretty much out of luck after so many years? It looks like I got an email marking the account as inactive in 2022 from Pearl Abyss under the family name Shang
