Hi, Idk if someone can help me out with this. My Keyboard turns off and on automatically while playing BDO. Just Happened with BDO so, no F clue what can I do to fix it XD.

Good question - First at all in settings do you have the option active for LED effects for the keyboard - you can find it in General Settings > Misc - scroll completly down and should be the last second option to toggle @strange agate

Nah it doesnt change anything 🙁
Also says it works just with Razer items, which is not my case XD

welp the only thing i can recommend is to make a ticket to official support on the website - you can also in addition make a ticket in #help-portal maybe one of the other ambassadors has an idea
