is it possible to see your crystals and lighstones ?
also did you have the rights addons on your skill and all your ap/dp adventure log/quest ?
and to be sure can u show your total AP here to see if its the same as the one displayed in "my stats"
Basicaly if u are under 900 u could grind on orc but would probably more be around 500-600M/h
If u can hit 950 +- with buffs you could try honglim , getting used to the area and then hitting this 800m + /hour or even more
Garmoth average can be a good number to pick , but otherwise it may differ a lot bcs of people sending fake numbers , or because u need to get used to the area optimizing your clean/timing/pull etc having pets that can loot everything etc
Not all class are equal yeah but u should be able to grind decently on most of them

Currently it looks like this, I'm looking to change both of the Crimson Flame's into a Brutal Decimation and the other into another Rebellious crystal. I also just sold all my mats and finished the Fughar Khazarad piece so I bought WON dawn Crystal for extra ap
For Lightstones I had 4x wind for xp when I was in seasonal
I think 873 is with all my buffs, since it shows 809 right now

u nee to do loml qest to unlock 2 more crystal slot , and then using the inverted heart they have us (i hope u didnt sell it 
) to have 2 more slot
and i think u probably miss other ap/dp log , it"s 10ap/dp overall

Ok so set the heart on your awakening weapon and do your adventure log , and would need to check your lightstones too
U Could try orc or grabbing every easy/free stats u are missing to directly see if u can go to honglim

How much of it in Trash should I be getting? I've been farming there past 2 days for 4hrs per day, I get 300-400M with trash and around 150-300m with those stones on average
Not sure if I'm currently just really lucky with the stones since they drop so much, maybe I'm lacking in trash
3-6 per hour on average*
