AnonArsha and Arsha main point of existing is PvP and reward players with extra loot. If you could just ignore that with lvl 50 pvp protection, what would be point then?
In server swap information it mentions the sub 50 lvl protection remove

In normal server there is only specific moments when sub lvl 50 can die in PvP
- while in Negative karma
- during Node wars

In arsha it is forced pvp
If lvl50 was protected in forced pvp servers then many could abuse the system

Normal arsha gives you the choice of being flagged up or not. As level 49 and below cannot flag up, that means they are indeed still protected from PvP.
Anon arsha automatically flags up every player, including those below level 50 (see the every player part), enabling them to take part in PvP and be attacked
