is it possible to remove the berserk alchemy stone skin once its applied?

Why would you want to though? You can only use it on a Vell anyway. Literally no point removing it.

There are better Alchemy stones like Splendid Destruction alchemy stone and anything better than that, but you can't put that into them. The Behelit skin is only usable on Vell.
