i restarted the game 2 days ago, new account, last time when i played was in 2019, but i remember when i started then i got equipment from quests, now not, why? i have to start quests from 0? bcs now didn t started with the quests which started back in 2019

Do you remember what items lost?
And are you sure they are lost and not in Heidel storage or Velia storage or in mail box?

When items are changed or moved in patches, they will be sent to Heidel storage or main box
