Gotcha. Found Xigncode, but EAC was somewhere completely else, probably used by another game.

Then you can try to just repair files in the launcher
while doing that, use Display Drive Uninstaller to reinstall your graphics drivers

and check with your Firewall that you have added both the launcher, the game and the xigncode executable to the whitelist
