According patch notes https://www.naeu.playblackdesert.com/en-US/News/Detail?groupContentNo=5961&countryType=en-US dummy training shouldn't share xp as far as I understand it, yet a streamer has managed to level tagged alts with overnight dummy training just fine. Has the policy changed and I haven't noticed or is it PA content creator priviledge?

Apparently not. And its not apparently first time they level up their char that way.

I did 3 min test with lvling with training dummy
main character got exp, but tagged got 0 and was able to be untagged without getting any exp
I can do 1 hour test while i go for food store and see back if there is any
