i had to create an account, i used the one that its from steam account and the one i thought it was the one i created my original account with, but the email was available

idk what that means

well everytime i open the game tru steam it just says the same

even tho i created a new account with the email

Send a support ticket. You might have yeeted your old acocunt connecting things to Steam though.
