everyone I need help. I just went on my meagu and find out all her tuvala gear is gone. Last time I played her I graduated and had to wait for the awakening quest to come. I'm pretty sure I have graduated her with all pen tuvalla gear. Does someone know what happend and where I can repport this?

most likely the gear was sent to your mailbox (B). however, iirc these mails only stay for about six months, so its possible the mail is no longer available. PLease check your mailbox and your Heidel storage. If you can find it in neither place, just send a ticket to support
