For 3 days now each time around 2.5 hours i keep grinding wolves cause i need a kagtunak to craft a crystal, but it just won't drop. 250% drop rate buffs

And with that knowledge you can craft Kagtunak in Alchemy

Unfortunately the main quests does no such thing and you need to actually do a side questline after finishing the Drieghan main quest
