Hi I’m a returning player, using web client. Haven’t been playing for more than a year, recently come back. When I login, it ask me to purchase the game. May i know who should I approach ?

If you don't wanna buy it for the 10 bucks, you could wait for a potential sale on it. since there are normally sales around this time of year 🤔
