Only the black spirit pops up without the launcher I deleted and reinstalled the game and the problem is not fixed, firewall is already disabled. Deleted UserCache, even changed some files and/or replaced. I downloaded the game from its own site rather than steam. Once i click the game only the logo pops up and cannot enter the launcher.

It's a known issue. It looks like it is related to a graphics driver. You can solve it on two ways:

If it happens, open the Task Manager and close the launcher. Relaunch the launcher and see if it works. If not, repeat it till it works. It sometimes needs more attempts.

Do a clean reinstall of the 537.42 driver from the website/ downgrade it to a later version: https://www.nvidia.de/download/driverResults.aspx/211763/de
Unfortunately you'll need to stick with that version as later versions didn't solve the issue yet.

(you might also try using the windows admin account to launch the game. if that works, it tells you there's a security priveleges issue with your particular windows user account, even if it may be an "administrator" account.)

(normally you right click launcher icon and hit run as admin, but if your admins credentials are broken, it may fail... so the root-admin account (google that) is a good Troubleshooting Test)

__**How to Flush DNS**__

From the Windows Start Menu, search for cmd (Press windows key, and type cmd).
A result called Command Prompt (may be called differently in other languages) will show up.
Right click on Command Prompt and click Run as Administrator.
When asked whether to allow Command Prompt ot make changes to your computer, click Yes.
In the console, type the following command: ipconfig /flushdns. If successful, you should see the following message.
Use the command: ipconfig /release (This will disable your internet connection temporarily)
Important: Use the following command to re-enable your internet: ipconfig /renew and let it fully complete.
You may now close the command window, and attempt to connect to the game again.

__**How to Change DNS**__

The recommended DNS for BDO are the Google Public DNS, Cloudflare or Quad 9. To make sure you are using one of them, follow these steps:

Go to your Control Panel / Settings by hitting windows key and typing Settings.
Select Network and Internet go to Network & Sharing Center then Change Adapter Settings. See Image
Select the connection for which you want to configure your DNS.
Example:

- To change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click Local Area Connection > Properties

- To change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click Wireless Network Connection > Properties

If asked for administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Select the Networking tab. Under This connection uses the following items.
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click Properties.
Click Advanced and select the DNS tab. If there are any DNS server IP addresses listed there, write them down for future reference, and remove them from this window
Confirm
Select Use the following DNS server addresses. If there are any IP addresses listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, write them down for future reference
Replace those addresses with the IP addresses of the Google DNS servers:

    - (Google Public) For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
    - (Google Public) For IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and 2001:4860:4860::8844
    - (Quad 9) For IPv4: 9.9.9.9
    - (Cloudflare) For IPv4: 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1
    - (Cloudflare) For IPv6: 2606:4700:4700::1111 or 2606:4700:4700::1001
