YW! I think it is called a mount skill change coupon (sorry I typed the name of it wrong above) and there are also mount skill selection coupons but those cost pearls. I had received the mount skill change coupons I think from the black spirit adventure (rolling the dice)

Personally I'd try to make sure a T10 horse learns all the skills, but at lvl 30 you can just swap horse skills to another, it will never max out if its missing some at that level. I'd reset, but that's just me.

Yea i would reset the horse to lv1 aswell if you miss skills on lv30, unless it is a useless skill ^^
