Yep. If you use the coupon, you can only tap via the normal enhancing method, and if you got it via Jetina, you can only progress the gear to Pen with the Reform method

You should be able to change the Coupon Kutum to the reform, but then you would have used to the coupon for nothing more or less.

Up to you really. Its not like the coupons are anything that special now that we have Jetina route to get Pen gear. Of course Jetina gear is just once per account

Should be. As far as I remember you should be able to exchange any Tet offhand or Pen Tuvala offhand with Jetina.

Yah. That should be the Jetina gear, aka Reformable version.
It just means that you can give to another class if you feel like playing another class than the one you got the gear on originally
