I'm guessing the server has quite alot of overhead?
In league I get like 150ms ping.
In ESO I get between 180 - 220 depending, due to server overhead.

Apparently alot of people play from EU to NA and Vica versa.
Generally EU to east coast is like 100ms latency which seems similar to what alot of people get in NA anways.
