Hi, I am a new player and I played 6 hours straight after installing the game and no issues. Yesterday morning I wanted to play and noticed I couldn't get into the game menu, it launches the game but the menu text is not fully loading, game background is black and the window is not responding.
I tried deleting Cache,
Verifying game files on Steam,
Scanned the files on the game launcher,
Reinstalled the game.
None of that fixed it, I wanna play BDO 😦

Not on pc rn, will do a screenshot when I get back from work (2 hours). I deleted the cache folder in Documents > Black Desert and also the one where the game is located @brittle fjord
And no i dont think my steam is running as admin, my game definitely is though

NEVERMIND. spam clicked and it fixed, so weird

Actually it ended up being MedalTV that was the issue. Closed it and everything is now fine.
