Jetina Boss Gear dropped to TRI

Hi, it seems that my Griffon helmet and Kutum dropped from Tet to Tri somehow. Both pieces are from Jetina and there is no possible way to enchant them back to TET. What should i do in this case? Is there anything i can do? Since this happened long time ago i think that i was karma bombed and then i died, both pieces dropping to TRI.

The issue is that im not sure if i can enchant them through Jetina now or not

Jetina gear works different

if you are red karma and die to pve, gear has a chance of dropping enhancements

unfortunately this gear, which is a guaranted PEN item, isn't exempt from this shitty rule XD
