Season’s Special Reward

You can receive Fughar’s Special Reward if you have a** level 20 or higher Season Character**, or have graduated on that character.
First complete a simple quest by talking to Fughar:

A Lv. 20 or higher season character or a character that has completed the
“[Season Server Graduation] Into the Big Wide World” quest
