Today when i open the launcher and tried to run the game, the launcher and Easy Anti cheat were both looks fun, after the game window is blacked out and for like 15 seconds the game crashed. I tried uninstall the game from steam and scanned the files before i uninstall and still failed to run the game. please help me out if anyone ever meet this issue and know how to fix it. thank you so much！

yes i run both as admin and run from steam. they are meeting same issue
and my gpu drive is in newest update,

when does it exactly come out as black screen?

when the EAC window fully loaded and out, the black screen comes out
the black screen is suppose to be the normal game screen as the "pearl abyss" animation
but it blacked like few seconds and crashed, no error notice either

have u deleted cache in document > BDO
if u havent I would back that folder and and delete
and scan files and see if that helps

you mean the file "user cache“？
there 2 locations, one from document>BDO>user cache antoher one from steam>common>cache
