You play seasons and get pen tuvala armor. Then you exchange the pen tuvala with jetina to get tet boss gear. This is once per family for each armor and weapon slot. The boss coupons can be used additionally to exchange one tuvala piece for a corresponding boss piece.
If you want to get unenhanced boss gear, you can get it from scroll drops, world / field boss drops, the night vendor, or simply the marketplace. You can also just buy enhanced armor at the level you desire from the marketplace

Every day, you can get boss summon scrolls from the black spirit. Among others there is dim tree, bheg, red nose, giath etc. If you summon these bosses and defeat them, there is a very low chance to get base boss gear as a lucky drop
