no audio at all upon starting game and progressing through character intro and tutorial

Returning player to BDO attempting to try out berserker. There's no audio at all but my audio settings are enabled for it and my in game settings are not muted please help

So that just had to be enabled? That's odd since I never disable sound nor had it disabled upon start up
