#Need a GM. Gamebreaking Guild Bug. Can't do any Guild activity now! Please help!!

So we have a weird major issue.
We won guild house bid for 5 bil and maintenance fee for it is 250 mil per day.
we got it for crafting elephant T2 and its armor etc.
We spent all money to buy mats for it from the guild fund so the game couldn't take the 250 mil fee.
We know us staff and officers can pay back the arrear fee / un paid tax.
Therefore, after the day reseted the game allowed us to deposit the money ourselves to pay the unpaid tax fee.
We paid the amount it was allowing us to pay, but the instead of filing the full at 250 mil which it asked us to pay it is stuck at 249 658 880 instead.
So 354 120 gold behind the 250 mil that we have deposited.
On top of it , now it says we can't deposit anymore since it keeps telling us "you can't deposit more than guild tax amount".
Now we can't do any guild function at all! No quests, no guild inventory, no stable, no wharf usage nothing, is there a fix?

As you see from the image, the game has such a spaghetti code that in one places it says we have 249 645 880 and in another it says 250 000 000 mil (which is what required for the fee to be paid).

Guild name Olympea, it would be nice if a dev or GM could look into this as well, we have sent a ticket regarding it

Can't take out anything, can't sell anything, can't put anything in guild inventory, can't retrieve anything, can't deposit anything and can't even do any quests

We tried all sorts of things, the game is basically spaghetti code bugged

because the official documentation was saying this

I mean there is nothing to calculate if they say we can pay our fee, in fact they have a DEPOSIT button only to be used for this situation.
Otherwise there is no deposit function in guild anyway.
