Hello, Im having a problem where I log in, select a server and a character, and then CTD on the black loadscreen with the black spirit icon.
Ive tried many fixes, to no avail.
My partner and I have determined its something with my account/character files, as Im able to log into his account on my PC, and load into one of his characters but not my own.
Any ideas?

[Running from web version of BDO launcher]
I have tried:

Running BDO as admin
Running in compatibility mode
Restarting my PC
Verifying game files (Everything was accounted for)
Flushing my DNS
Deleting the bin64 folder (and reinstalling it)
Deleting the pad00000.meta file (reinstall prompted)
Reinstalling the game completely
Verifying the game is allowed through my firewall (all launcher, eac, exe were all already allowed)
Running the sfc /scannow command to verify there are no errors with my system

__**How to Clear the Cache**__

Navigate to the following 3 folders.
Delete the contents within each folder.

Documents\Black Desert\UserCache
AppData\Local\BlackDesertOnline\GPUCache
Black Desert Online\Cache

Important: Deleting your cache will reset some game settings such as UI customizations.

Note:

To access the AppData\Local\ folder, press the Windows Key+R and type in: %localappdata%
Not all listed folders may exist, delete any existing ones and skip those that are not present on your system.

I have deleted the caches in documents and the BDO folder itself, but the cache file in local doesn't show up

Please open Event viewer in windows, then expand the "custom views" tab and click on "administrative events" after getting the CTD one more time

Right. Uninstall Razer Chroma or Update the program. BDO should work again after
