Hi, everytime i send a message to "family" it doesn't arrive, it only works if i change it to character, anyone know why?

Did you change the chat to family as well as typed in the family name?

i had to change it to character and type character name to send the message

Tbh it looks like a mistake on your side 🤔 The question is, where it is. I tested it and it works. Could you DM me your current character and family name?
