Hi im not able to graduate from Season with my Maegu for some reason.
The Black Spirit Pass is completed and I dont have a timepiece anywhere

It says the condition for this Item has not been met

Can you please make sure that you did indeed accept every reward from the season pass?

and that you have unequipped all gear?

okay, there was indeed a season pass item unclaimed ("violet fan charm"), for whatever reason. but it's still not working :/
