i had pterodactyl installed but even after succesfull web installation ctrlpanel didnt work and i was still using old pterodactyl

do i need to have 2 servers ?

before i had pterodactyl installed on my server and i installed ctrlpanel and after succesfully installing everything on panel.myserver.com/install when i went to my page it was still old pterodactyl like nothing had changed
