meaning you get the error, no allocations

#

you should maybe open like a range of 1000 ports

:warning: Do not ping staff members for support! :warning:

It looks like you have to link at least a node, egg or nest to the product. Check the guide linked below to learn more about the product system.
https://CtrlPanel.gg/docs/Guides/products

With products, you can configure the resources allocated to new servers created on your panel. You can set the custom pricing and link products to specific nodes and eggs.

make sure you have enough ports set to the correct node ip on pterodactyl on ->nodes->nodeName->allocations

cosmic canopy
#

0.0.0.0 is not a valid ip. You must specify the external ip of the server, as required by the pterodactyl documentation

Well, the IO parameter should be between 10 and 1000

My advice to you is not to mention the staff every 15 seconds, otherwise, you may not wait for your problem to be solved.

there's already enough

#

I looked at the database, everything was normal, and I also synchronized it but it didn't solve the problem.

#

It didn't make sense, but it started when I deleted two users

graceful tusk
#

I noticed something here I deleted the only server that was successfully created without any problems! Then I recreated it and it was but apparently it only creates 1 server after the error

by space i mean resources like RAM and Disk

graceful tusk
#

yes it has plenty of space, it has memory and cpu storage allocations...

#

The weird thing is that I can only create one server. If I delete it and try to create another one, it works now, but if I try to create more than one, it doesn't work.

viral hawk
#

Does the node have enough RAM and disk in pterodactyl?

graceful tusk
#

It's as if he was trying to get a busy allocation, something like that

#

When I renew the server, then I can create a server again

patent prism
#

im not sure what's the problem

#

try syncing ptero again
