ok so I am trying to make a coupon code or something that gives a new user a discount when buying coins, I tried to make a voucher but that gives free coins, I want a code or something that gives like 10% off, a specific link would work too so I am looking into the partnership deals thing and saw I could add a registered user discount, I am wondering if the registered user discount is for the first purchase or all purchases made by that user

also is there a way I can make a discount code that gives 10% off?
