Ok I will do it in a few hours
do you have recaptcha turned off? if yes, turn it on
also that error should be fixed already, are you using some theme/addon/modified dash?
I don't think he turned it off
We use Blue theme
Nvm now it's fixed
Thanks for the help
@floral coralStill got 500 error
Can you please fetch the error logs, so we can assist you better regarding this error.
tail -n 100 /var/www/controlpanel/storage/logs/laravel.log | nc pteropaste.com 99
only logged users can use it
???
If you have been logged before the error you can access dash
I mean, te login page is broken
Because home page and others work
yes i think that's because the market is down
So @floral coral , if store is down then login too?
:warning: Do not ping staff members for support! :warning:

probably, some users had that because of market was down, did you install cpgg somewhere in these 2 days?
No, I installed it 5 months ago
why would i matter if the market is down
Yeah, it doesn't make sense
because cpgg counts how many installs has been made by sending a request to the market
hmm then its some thing else
still don’t matter it would still work
Around 3 days ago I installed Phpmyadmin
unless every request made on the dash goes to the market
trust me we know :) a fix is soon be issued
(that only affects new installs since the market is down)
kinda weird but ok
hmm can you go to the page where the error shows up and then send new logs?
Can you please fetch the error logs, so we can assist you better regarding this error.

Not true, was already fixed and only affected new installations
did they release a fix yet?
but anyways if the market is down how is the docs not down?
github pages

tail -n 100 /var/www/controlpanel/storage/logs/laravel.log | nc pteropaste.com 99
sql query
How?
the sql command line or phpmyadmin
Which command/s should I need?
idk
it used to be pinned on old support channel
Oh ok, I will wait for an user who knows
phpmyadmin
Then?
login to the controlpanel databse
with the logins you made in the installation
Next?
find the captcha tabwl
I think my friend did put password for mariadb, if that's what I need to login database

But idk which user used?
What are default user and password?
check the docs
nano /var/www/controlpanel/.env
all databse info will be there
i’m not sure then have to wait for someone to know what the cmd command is
